Dianne Samwaru

Dianne serves as the Director of Litigation Support at Wicker / Brammell PLLC. She oversees all aspects of litigation support from document management to trial presentations. She is a highly skilled and dedicated legal professional with many years of experience and has held a gamut of litigation support positions over the years: 

  • Her career began while serving in the military working for the Judge Advocate General Corps as a legal assistant and court reporter.  
  • Served the public as a paralegal at Legal Aid Society coordinating the Volunteer Lawyers’ Program and serving as Vice President of the labor union.  
  • Worked in the United States Attorney’s Office as a paralegal in the criminal division, where she was called to testify in two federal death penalty cases.  
  • Then became a senior paralegal at a regional law firm. She was instrumental in establishing the firm’s e-discovery solution, and she served as vice-chair of the DE&I committee.  

Education:

  • B.S. in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville
  • Completed the Georgetown Law eDiscovery Institute and attends legal e-discovery conferences.  

She is also a member of the local chapter of Women in eDiscovery, which is a non-profit organization that brings together women who are interested in technology related to the legal industry. Dianne is a key asset to Wicker / Brammell, who embodies our commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
